Sunday Swim ships worldwide. Enjoy free shipping in EU on orders over €65 as well as to World Wide countries on orders above €175.
All orders are also eligible for pickup (Rotterdam, Netherlands). Please select 'pick up your order' at the checkout. We will contact you directly for a pick-up appointment!

After your order is dispatched, you will be able to track your parcel. The tracking information will be embedded in your shipping confirmation email.
Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in case that no one is home on delivery.
Additional tax & import duties for international shipping
Delivery of goods outside the European Union may incur import duties (customs and VAT). We are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas as charges are issued by the destination country nor can we reimburse customs in any capacity. As we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order, please check your home country's import regulations before you place an order as these charges are at the receivers expense.
Damages & liability
While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of your item(s), please note that we are not liable for any lost goods once we have handed a tracking number as this is deemed proof of delivery.
We also have no control over postage delays nor are we responsible for wrongful deliveries in case wrong shipping addresses provided.
Returns & Refunds
We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we are here to help if you're unhappy about your order. Don't hesitate to send us an email at info@sundayswim.nl in case you have any questions or concerns - we will do our utmost best to find a suitable solution.
Returns must be issued within 14 days from receipt of the delivery. Returns that exceed this period will not be accepted. To issue a return, send us an email via info@sundayswim.nl. Please include your original order number, full name and the reason for your return in the email and send the items you wish to return to the following address:

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a traceable shipping method as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Return Conditions
Due to health regulations, we will only accept return of unworn, unwashed and unaltered products. Please note that we also can't accept your return if the hygienic liners and/or tags have been broken or removed. We therefore recommend trying on garments over underwear, without removing the hygienic liners and tags.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and not honor refunds on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant & make-up stains. In the occurrence of items returned within these conditions we will not issue a refund. Returning of items back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items

Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after receiving & examining the return. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned. Refunds can only be made against the original payment method.
Exchanges
Due to only stocking limited quantities and high demand, we cannot process a straight exchange which in turn means that we unfortunately cannot confirm that your preferred size will be in stock at the time the return is received. We recommend reordering your size as soon as possible.
